Reorganizing my bookcase yesterday/today. It was in alphabetical order, but it was annoying me, so I'm redoing it. I've divided my books into genres... of a sort. There's a sci-fi/fantasy section that I've left overlapped because between Orson Scott Card and Eoin Colfer there's a bit of doubling over (mostly on the Artemis Fowl series).

I've got a fiction-that's-set-in-the-real-world/biographies section (Melina Marchetta to Memoirs of a Geisha to Ben Carson: Gifted Hands)...

There's a English Lit style section. Which basically is made up of Sophocles, Macbeth, Ghost and Other Plays, Frankenstein, Dracula, which also overlaps into poetry, The Metaphysical Poets, Judith Wright, Keats, etc. ... my copy of The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux wormed it's way in there... it seems right.

There's a magazines/catalogues section because I've managed to collect quite a few since I had various collage projects last year, oh and my Ikea catalogue, with many tabs marking things I want... Still need to get the new catalogue actually...

A Jane Austen/Bronte sister section with the unfortunate addition of a book called 'Jane Austen's Guide to Romance' my mum bought me, believing it to be some sort of critique on the books... It's not. It's like a magazine quiz asking 'which celebrity do you belong with?', stretched into book form and starring Mr Darcy. Whoopee.

Eh, I'm not even finished. Still working out sections.
